How do I request books & DVD's through interlibrary loan? To request books and DVDs that are not owned VSCS Libraries, please fill out the book request form: Book Request Form Make sure you have the correct citation information for the book you need: title, author, edition (if applicable), etc. If you only need a specific chapter, make sure to indicate that. For full books or DVD's you will have the option to pick up the items at any CCV academic center or VTSU library branch or have them mailed to your home. Individual book chapters will be delivered electronically. How do I request journal, magazine and newspaper articles through interlibrary loan? When searching the VSCS Discovery Search or one of our subscribed databases you may see a "Request through Interlibrary Loan" or "Request via ILL" link for items we do not own. This will take you to a form to place an Interlibrary Loan request.
