How do I access the Chronicle of Higher Education?

You need to create a Chronicle account using your vsc.edu email address in order to access content in the Chronicle of Higher Education.

How to Create a Chronicle Account 

  • Access the Chronicle: Chronicle of Higher Education
  • Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner. 
  • Click "Don't have a Chronicle account? Sign Up." 
  • Fill out the form using your vsc.edu email.  (It must be the version ending with "@vsc.edu".)
  • Create a unique password and add it to your password manager. 
  • Unselect or Select the option to receive the Academe Today newsletter. 
  • A confirmation email with instructions will be sent to you.
